Responsibilities

* Take minutes in statutory safeguarding meetings as well as meeting setups and mailbox management
* Supporting the safeguarding team as well as wider adult social care with a range of administrative duties
* Action case closures on IAS system
* Filing and record management
* You’ll be an integral part of our busy, hardworking, friendly team


Skills and qualifications

* Strong minute-taking abilities
* Excellent time management
* Proficiency in ICT
* Strong literacy skills
* A flexible attitude
