About the Role:
Support students aged 1116 in class and small group settings
Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
Collaborate with subject teachers and SEN (Special Educational Needs) departments
Provide pastoral care and act as a positive role model
Ideal for those considering teacher training or a long-term career in education
