Primarily processing orders.
Managing telephone traffic (including customer related queries) and dealing with emails.
Administrative housekeeping.
Data inputting and data amendments on centralised computer system.
Chasing delivery queries with carriers, resolving if possible, informing customer of outcome.

.Education / Experience: Computer literate (Excel, Word, Microsoft Office)
Work / Skills: Polite and professional telephone manner, accurate and forward thinking, able to prioritise work load, able to handle a varied work load.
