What You’ll Be Doing
* Deliver expert advice on trust creation, administration and complex tax matters
* Act as a specialist within a wider Private Client function – supporting teams across the business
* Lead on matters involving trust settlements and related documentation
* Play a visible role in driving high-value workstreams and supporting future team growth
What You’ll Bring
* Qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive (3–10 years PQE)
* Strong technical expertise across trusts and tax in a Private Client context
* Experience drafting trust-related documents and advising on IHT, CGT, and estate planning
* Proven ability to handle complex files independently and with commercial judgement
