Act as the main point of contact between customers, warranty providers, and repair agents
Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing timely updates and solutions
Manage and resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism
Interpret customer concerns and provide clear guidance to resolve issues
Keep customers fully informed throughout the process to ensure satisfaction
About You
? Experience in a busy customer service role (motor trade experience desirable) ? Excellent PC, telephone, and administration skills ? Confident, personable, and able to build long-term customer relationships ? Clear communicator, even when explaining technical or complex information ?
