Are you an organised and confident communicator with strong customer service skills? Our client in Shirley is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy team on a temporary basis, with the potential to become permanent.
The Role:
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for customers and stakeholders, handling enquiries by phone and email in a professional and friendly manner. You’ll play a key role in supporting the order process and ensuring excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Answering inbound calls and responding to customer emails
 * Handling queries relating to orders and providing timely updates
 * Liaising with stakeholders and customers to resolve issues efficiently
 * Updating systems accurately and maintaining clear communication records
 * Supporting general administration within the customer service team
About You:
 * Excellent telephone manner and communication skills (written and verbal)
 * Confident speaking with customers and stakeholders at all levels
 * Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
 * Previous customer service or administration experience preferred
 * Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
