We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive (UK & Ireland) to accelerate our growth in the region. This is a partner-first role focused on driving new business and expanding relationships with enterprise customers through a 100% channel-driven model.
What You'll Do
* Sales Strategy: Execute a territory plan for UK+I enterprise accounts (1,500+ employees), aligning closely with channel partners and distributors.
* Pipeline Development: Proactively identify and engage new prospects; leverage partner relationships, events, and direct outreach to build a strong pipeline.
* Partner Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with channel managers and marketing to co-create opportunities and maximise partner impact.
* Customer Engagement: Lead discovery sessions, presentations, and demos for C-level stakeholders (CIO, CISO, CTO) and decision-makers.
* Account Growth: Expand existing enterprise relationships through upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
* Sales Discipline:Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline management in Salesforce; ensure timely reporting and insights to leadership.
* Field Presence:Drive face-to-face meetings with partners and customers; attend key industry events and partner activities.
What You'll Bring
* Enterprise Sales Expertise: 8+ years of experience selling cybersecurity (preferred) or IT/SaaS solutions to enterprise customers.
* Channel-Driven Success: Proven ability to sell through Tier-2 distribution and reseller networks; strong partner alignment skills.
* Executive-Level Selling: Track record of engaging and closing deals with C-level and senior decision-makers.
* Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of Third-Party Risk Management, Data Privacy, Secure File Transfer, Network Security, and Compliance.
* Hunter Mindset: Highly motivated, competitive, and resilient; thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
