About Our Client

Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
3. · Minimum of 3 hours outbound calling per day.
4. · Pitching minimum 10 decision makers (DMs)/ influencers per day, 50 per week.
5. · Professional level of written correspondence, sales forecasting and reporting (including accurate time frames on deal closing).
6. · Maintain a repeat business ratio of 50% on delegates
7. · We expect high levels organization and day-to-day planning; giving great attention to managing pipelines, contact management.
8. · Demonstrating maturity about your business, being fully accountable for your activities and results.
9. · The role will require selling globally, into different time zones.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Delegate Sales Advisor should have:
10. Previous experience in sales, ideally within the Media & Agency industry.
11. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
12. The ability to identify client needs and present tailored solutions.
13. A proactive approach to achieving sales targets and building relationships.
14. Confidence in managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
15. Experience with CRM systems or similar tools is advantageous.
16. A keen interest in events and the wider media industry.
