Consultant Gastroenterologist/ERCP

Job Summary: A fully qualified ERCP consultant to work alongside our existing team, providing a quality and timely endoscopy service along with specialist outpatient clinics.
Responsibilities
* Provide a first‑class clinical service.
* Lead and develop the specialty team.
* Sustain and develop teaching and research wherever appropriate.
* Operate in accordance with the Health Board’s procedures and operating policies.
* Deliver clinical practice in line with contractual requirements and the service plans of the Division and Health Board.
* Maintain confidence in business plans and development strategies formulated for the specialty, the Medical Division or the Health Board.
Essential Qualifications & Requirements
* Full registration and licence to practice with the GMC.
* On the GMC Specialist Register (including via CESR/European Community Rights) or a CCT/CESR (or CP) date within 6 months of interview.
* Commitment to Disclosure and Barring Service checks in accordance with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975.
