We are working with a highly regarded SEMH secondary school in Bromley, part of a respected multi-academy trust, to appoint a dedicated Maths Teacher who is passionate about making Maths accessible, engaging, and impactful for students with social, emotional, and mental health needs.

About the Role:

Plan and deliver high-quality Maths lessons to KS3 and KS4 students with SEMH needs
*
Differentiate content to meet a range of learning abilities and EHCP targets
*
Foster a calm, nurturing, and safe classroom environment
*
Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and school leaders
*
Help pupils build confidence, resilience, and a love for learning
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
*
QTS (or equivalent) – applications from ECTs also welcome
*
A strong understanding of teaching Maths across KS3 and KS4
*
Experience working with SEMH or SEN pupils (desirable but not essential)
*
A patient, resilient, and trauma-informed approach to classroom management
*
A genuine passion for inclusive education and helping all learners succeed
*
An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
