Sellick Partnership is excited to be working with a Legal 500-ranked firm that is looking for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their team in Liverpool. Your responsibilities will include: Manage a full caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. Handle all aspects of the conveyancing process from initial instruction to post-completion, including Land Registry and SDLT submissions. Conduct title checks, draft and negotiate contracts, and deal with enquiries and searches. Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction process. Ensure all work is compliant with regulatory and quality standards. Deliver practical, commercially focused legal advice with excellent client care. The successful candidate: 3-5 years PQE in residential conveyancing. A thorough understanding of the end-to-end conveyancing process. Excellent attention to detail, communication, and time-management skills. A proactive, solutions-driven approach to legal work.
