The Role: Key Responsibilities
* Manage residential and commercial property transactions from instruction to completion
* Handle sales, purchases, leases, remortgages, and transfer of equity matters
* Draft and review contracts, lease agreements, and legal documentation
* Liaise with clients, lenders, estate agents, and solicitors throughout transactions
* Ensure compliance with property laws and regulations
* Provide expert legal advice on complex conveyancing issues
* Maintain accurate case management and client records
* Meet completion deadlines and manage client expectations
* Support junior staff and trainees as needed
* Contribute to business development and client retention
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
* Qualified Solicitor with proven experience in conveyancing (UK practice)
* Strong technical knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures
* Excellent client care, communication, and negotiation skills
* Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and meet deadlines
* Attention to detail and commercial awareness
Desirable:
* Experience with case management systems
* Interest in business development and mentoring junior staff
