Join our dedicated Grounds Team at St Mary’s University, where you’ll help maintain and enhance our beautiful campus and high-performance sports facilities. This hands-on role includes maintaining natural and artificial sports surfaces, landscaping, waste and recycling operations, and keeping our outdoor spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
You’ll operate a range of modern grounds machinery, work both independently and as part of a supportive team, and contribute to key tasks such as mowing, line marking, repairs, planting, artificial surface inspections, and seasonal maintenance. Flexibility is required as part of a 5-in-7 rota supporting the University’s year-round activity.
