As the Supply Chain Analyst, you’ll develop strong collaborative relationships with the Morrisons team to drive sales in own label products for a successful food manufacturer.
As Supply Chain Analyst, Morrisons Implant for a food manufacturing business you will report directly into the Supply Chain Manager.
This opportunity is with a highly regarded food manufacturing group that operate within a number of manufacturing sites and supply all of the major retailers in the UK. It’s a great time to join as they invest in future capabilities to grow the business.
This role will suit a supply chain professional who has experienced accountability for the flow of stock and can understand complex data and then provide meaningful insights, as well as someone who has worked in a UK Food manufacturing or a FMCG manufacturing business.
Day-to-day you’ll take ownership for outstanding availability at store, depot and item level in designated product categories whilst delivering against stock and waste targets to minimise cash impacts to the business. You’ll actively participate in running and improving the Morrisons business with the team.
To qualify for consideration you’ll need:
1. Experience of working within a supply chain environment in a UK Food or a FMCG manufacturing business where you have experienced accountability for the flow of stock
2. Used to working with and understanding complex data with strong data analysis skills to provide meaningful insights.
3. Strong knowledge of end-to-end stock flow and processes, from supplier to customer
4. Previous retail or logistics experience would be beneficial
5. Good understanding of Retail processes
6. Strong knowledge of commercial / financial data
The role is based on site two days a week 8.30am – 5pm in Morrisons Head office (Bradford), three days at home with bimonthly trips to the Midlands.
