Unit & Position Role The Training Management Group is a joint RN-industry organisation, providing the basis of a Whole Force approach to RN individual training delivery. The TMG is accountable for the effective and efficient governance, control and commercial delivery of the Selborne contract. Responsibilities Act as the Business Support Manager, overseeing the office administration function and ensuring all administrative routines are completed accurately and on time. Process Grant Applications, raise Purchase Orders and Contract Requisitions, and order equipment through the CP&F Gem Catalogue. Complete CP&F actions for Apprenticeships, including contract and purchase requisitions for new and existing apprenticeship contracts. Serve as the EPC Government Procurement Card holder, completing all mandatory training and ensuring compliant use of the card. Act as the Tailspend Account holder, undertaking required training and ensuring proper administration of Tailspend activity. Administrate and support Apprenticeship financial management and forecasting for the MIAA. Coordinate PACC involvement in the Regional and National Apprenticeship Awards, including organisation of associated media engagement. Line manage the TMG PACC Admin position, providing guidance, support, and oversight of daily administrative tasks. Local Considerations Domestic Away from home at least 3 nights per month for Training Establishment visits/EPA assurance and apprenticeship awards Employer Comments Flexible and home working achievable.
