We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Assistant to join a well-established manufacturing company based near Arundel. Position: Customer Service Assistant
Responsibilities
* Processing customer orders efficiently and accurately
* Responding to enquiries via email and phone
* Using Excel for order tracking, reporting, and data entry
* Maintaining and update customer records in the CRM system
Requirements
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Fluent in English; additional language skills (German, French, Spanish, or Portuguese) are a plus
* Keen to start a career in Customer Service and Administration
* Eager to learn and develop new skills
* Strong time management and attention to detail
Benefits and Hours
* Salary: £25,000
* Location: Based near Arundel; must drive with own vehicle due to location
* Hours: Monday to Thursday (in the office) 8am to 4:30pm; Fridays (from home) 8:30am to 11:30am
