Job Title: NPPV3 Engineer Location: Near Chester (postcode to follow) Contract: 2 weeks Rate: £200-£220 per day (Inside IR35) Start Date: ASAP
We are seeking an experienced NPPV3 Engineer to join our team for a short-term contract. The ideal candidate must hold NPPV3 clearance and be available for an immediate start.
Role Overview:
As an NPPV3 Engineer, you will be working on-site in an office environment five days a week, supporting End User Computing (EUC) operations on a tech bar. Your responsibilities will include providing technical assistance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide hands-on EUC support in a tech bar environment
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
* Assist users with hardware, software, and network-related queries
* Ensure compliance with security protocols and best practices
* Collaborate with internal teams to enhance IT support services
Requirements:
* Must hold valid NPPV3 clearance
* Proven experience in an EUC support role
* Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows and common enterprise applications
* Ability to work on-site, five days a week
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
