Complex Care Support Worker – Bristol

We're looking for Complex Care Support Workers to join our team in Bristol, supporting clients with Brain Injuries, Cerebral Palsy, and other complex needs.
This is a rewarding role where you'll be part of a supportive team helping someone live life to the fullest – from daily care to fun outings like bowling and meals out.
Please note: A full UK driving licence is essential.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Providing tailored care and support to meet the client's individual needs.
* Assisting with personal care, mobility, and meal preparation.
* Administering medication and monitoring health.
* Supporting the client in the community – including social activities.
* Offering companionship and emotional support.
* Keeping accurate care records and reporting any changes.
* Working closely with healthcare professionals and family members.
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in care, ideally with brain injury and challenging behaviours.
* A positive, upbeat attitude and a great sense of humour.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
* Full UK driving licence.
