About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Tax Accountant to join Frasers Property UK as an integral member of the Tax & Treasury team, working closely with the wider finance team. As a Tax Accountant, you will be responsible for tax reporting, preparation of VAT and CIS returns across the group, and playing an instrumental role in instilling best practices and driving process improvements for tax. You will act as a true business partner and advisor with a detailed and methodical approach.

What you’ll be doing as a Tax Accountant:
1. Managing tax notes for UK statutory accounts and responsible for CbCR reporting.
2. Assisting with the preparation of monthly/quarterly tax bookings and the quarterly instalment payment advice.
3. Supporting corporate tax and VAT reconciliation processes.
4. Aiding the Tax Manager in managing the outsourced corporation tax compliance process and capital allowances claims.
5. Preparing and coordinating all CIS and VAT returns, including registrations.
6. Preparing withholding tax returns and managing HMRC notices and payments.
7. Managing Luxembourg tax compliance.
8. Working with the wider tax team to support Pillar 2 implementation and risk management.
9. Reviewing current tax processes and documentation to ensure adoption of best practices and suggesting process improvements.
