Marketing Specialist Staffline Ireland recruiting for a Marketing Specialist on behalf of a leading Estate Agent. Key responsibilities include delivering campaigns, content, and brand communications in line with our overall marketing strategy. Responsibilities: Deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns across all business divisions under the guidance of the Brand Manager. Implement day-to-day marketing activity and ensure campaign assets are prepared, scheduled, and tracked. Monitor KPIs, web traffic, lead generation and paid media performance, producing regular reports for the Brand Manager. Assist with the marketing onboarding and rebrand of new offices - owned and franchise. Manage daily posting and content scheduling across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube. Set up and monitor paid social campaigns, reporting results to the Brand Manager. Maintain and update website content to support SEO and UX optimisation. Contribute creative ideas for content, campaigns and digital improvements. Apply brand guidelines consistently across all client-facing and internal materials. Create and update brochures, pitch decks and sales collateral to a high standard. Draft and distribute internal newsletters and recruitment advertising. Support the organisation of marketing training sessions for internal teams and franchisees. Ordering and co-ordination of branded merchandise for launches and offices. Assist with CSR initiatives and local office communications. Work with developers, external suppliers, printers and media partners to deliver campaigns on time and to budget. Draft press releases, prepare content for market updates and assist with PR distribution. Provide marketing support for campaigns, conferences and partnership activity. Any other duties role may involve. Person Specification: Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications or related discipline. 5 years' experience in a marketing role. Strong digital skills including social media management, content creation and reporting. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Confidence using digital tools (social platforms, CMS, CRM, Canva/Adobe or equivalent). Experience of both B2C and B2B marketing specifically in the preparation of presentations and pitch material. Desirable Criteria: Experience within property, real estate or professional services. Familiarity with Google Ads, Analytics and social marketing platforms.
