Admissions Assistant
As the first point of contact for visitors, youll guide them through their booking, provide information about the Castle and ensure they have everything they need for their visit.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process ticket sales efficiently in person at our ticket counters.
2. Use online system to manage bookings and provide accurate visitor information.
3. Upsell items such as souvenir guides, tours or charitable donations where appropriate.
