About the Role: As a Sales Consultant in our Sales Hub, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers of BaptistCare Retirement Living. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with customers who have made an enquiry, understand their needs, and guide them through the journey of independent living with compassion and care. To be considered you will have • Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in an outbound customer service or sales role/call-based environment. • Strong computer skills, with experience in CRM. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and caring disposition. • Requires adaptability and comfort with change and ambiguity—no two days are the same, making flexibility essential. • Knowledge of the retirement living industry, including the Retirement Living Act and Regulations desirable. • A relevant tertiary qualification desirable. • A genuine alignment to BaptistCare’s vision, purpose and values.
