We are looking for an experienced software focussed consultant to join our onboarding consultancy team, supporting UK Local Authorities as they implement modern cloud-based solutions.
In this customer-facing role, you will guide clients through system setup, configuration and adoption, ensuring they gain maximum value from their software. You will act as a trusted advisor, combining your Local Authority knowledge with strong consultancy and training skills to deliver a high-quality onboarding experience.
What you'll be doing
1. Supporting customers with system configuration and best-practice setup.
2. Working closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure successful implementations.
3. Delivering training sessions and workshops to build customer confidence and capability.
4. Advising customers on optimal ways to use their systems to meet operational needs.
5. Managing multiple onboarding projects while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
