Were now looking for a Customer Interface Officer to join our growing team based in Consett, County Durham. Within this role you will be responsible for providing a customer-focused service and acting as the interface with new and existing customers. As part of the Customer Services team our Customer Interface Officer will: Manage all correspondence, queries and order requests from new and existing customers. Generate customer order quotations with price and lead time. Input customer purchase orders, process RMAs and activities. Answer incoming calls in a professional manner. Provide solutions to customer queries within the timeframes agreed. Welcome all visitors to the site. To be successful in this role you will have the following qualities: Experience within a customer services role Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Good problem solving and prioritisation skills Good numerical skills Excellent IT skills and knowledge of ERP would be preferable Ability to build collaborative relationships Minimum qualification GCSE Maths & English pass.
