Senior Qualitative Brand Strategist
Location: Central London
Salary: £50-65,000 depending on experience

This startup brand consultancy, with a stellar lineup, seeks a brand strategist whose insight skills come from qualitative research used in brand consultancy. The role involves working on a wide range of branding solutions for owners of large portfolios or venture capital firms, refreshing existing marques to reposition and relaunch them.
The responsibilities include creating consumer insights in branding, brand development, brand creation, innovation, and strategic communications to support decision-making. You will work across NPD, service innovation, portfolio and category strategy, and develop big brand ideas, brand stories, and positioning.
This is a hands-on role, involving winning, managing, leading, and delivering projects as part of a team, while growing both new and existing clients. You should be resourceful, creative, and commercially minded. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, a natural problem solver with initiative, creative thinking, and commercial acumen. You should be comfortable juggling multiple projects and willing to roll up your sleeves, as this is a start-up environment.
