OTE GBP £42,000.00/Yr. Overview: Business Development Manager - Automotive Parts. £32,000 Basic with Bonus opportunity of £10,000 per annum plus a Company Car. Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5.30pm, open to discussion.

Here at Charles Hurst, we are seeking an ambitious and talented Trade Parts Business Development Manager to join our successful team in Belfast. We want someone passionate about the automotive industry with extensive knowledge in parts, whether Franchise or After-market.
Our Parts Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and growing trade parts sales within the Trade Hub area, operating from our Trade Parts Hub. Responsibilities include identifying new customers, developing existing accounts, building strong relationships, and increasing parts sales through expansion of parts ranges.
The ideal candidate will:
1. Maintain product knowledge and monitor competitor activity.
2. Work within our sales strategy to increase revenues from higher segmented customer accounts.
3. Support the Trade Hub team to ensure excellent customer service.
4. Maintain accurate customer records.
5. Collaborate with the Parts Sales and Accessory Manager and Transport Manager to focus on high potential areas.
6. Develop strong relationships with the Tele-Sales team to achieve sales targets.
Requirements include prior experience in a similar automotive environment, a proven track record in trade parts sales, IT literacy (Excel, Word, ideally CDK/Kerridge), and the ability to monitor financial performance and address shortfalls. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential.
