Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality physiotherapy care tailored to adolescent athletes.
* Assess, treat, and rehabilitate sports and MSK injuries.
* Work closely with Sports Doctors, GPs, S&C coaches, and school staff to deliver integrated care.
* Attend and contribute to weekly multidisciplinary medical meetings.
* Communicate effectively with pastoral staff, heads of sport, and parents as required.
* Maintain accurate, confidential clinical notes in line with Return2Play standards.
* Manage your diary and caseload efficiently, ensuring timely treatment for pupils.
* Liaise with external healthcare providers to support continuity of care.
Essential Requirements:
* HCPC-registered Chartered Physiotherapist with CSP membership.
* Experience working with adolescent athletes in a clinical, sporting, or school-based environment.
* Strong background in musculoskeletal and/or sports physiotherapy.
* Confident working independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
* Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
Desirable Attributes:
* Experience in a school or elite youth sports setting.
* Familiarity with strength and conditioning programs and return-to-play protocols.
* Confident in presenting or contributing to injury prevention and health education sessions.
What We Offer:
* The opportunity to work across some of the UK’s leading independent schools in North West London.
* A supportive and collaborative team environment with mentoring and CPD opportunities.
* Term-time only working (approx. 35 weeks per year).
