Job PurposeThe Customer Care Administrator performs tasks associated with offering professional customer service to our clients.Duties and ResponsibilitiesPrimary job duties and responsibilities include:
* Provide general customer service such as answering questions on different products, pricing and delivery schedule
* Receive, enter and confirm orders from customers
* Contact customers for orders
* Enter Promotions into Promo Workbook
* EDI Proficient
* Enter all customer complaints into Data Base and assign follow up ask to appropriate team members
* Follow up that all customer complaints are closed out with acceptable responses
* Enter all export orders and communicate with production on proper dating
* Assist consumers on where they can purchase our products

QualificationsMinimum qualifications required to successfully perform the job include:
* 3 to 5 years of Administrative experience
* Advanced Computer skills; outlook, Word Excel and MAS 90
* Must be able to perform mathematical calculations
* Professional phone manner
* Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

* Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
* Constant use of both hands (for continuous data entry)
* Constant use of visual, speaking and hearing abilities required to perform essential job duties.
