Head of Community and Partnerships – Sustainable Hospitality
London, UK (Hybrid, 3 days in office)
Our clients are seeking a Head of Partnerships to lead engagement across a global network of sustainable hotels, partners, and travel collaborators. You’ll drive community strategy, strengthen relationships, and share member success stories to grow a purpose-driven network that champions responsible travel.
Responsibilities
* Lead communication and engagement with member hotels and partners
* Develop and deliver a global community engagement strategy
* Organise events, webinars, and the annual Leadership Summit
* Collaborate with marketing and PR to highlight impact stories
* Manage community content, newsletters, and intranet resources
* Track engagement metrics and identify opportunities for growth
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Sustainability, or related field
* 3–5 years’ experience in community or partnership management
* Strong communication, relationship, and project management skills
* Passion for sustainable travel; additional language skills a plus
