20 hours per week, 52 weeks per annum, (negotiable).
We are seeking to appoint a responsible, reliable person to the post of temporary Assistant Caretaker.
The following skills and personal qualities would be Advantageous:
* Enthusiasm, self-motivation and the ability to use initiative to deal with minor problems as they arise.
* A range of practical skills and pride in maintaining high quality work.
* An understanding of Health and Safety policies and procedures.
* A willingness to be available to work additional hours, including call-outs at unsocial hours or at weekends and school holiday periods, to deal with any premises issues and/or allow access for emergency repairs.
