What You’ll Do Over 12 months, you’ll dive into some of the most exciting greenfield projects in the UK, helping iconic brands bring their digital vision to life. We’ll support your growth with: Kick-off Day at our state-of-the-art training facility. A structured Engineering Learning Curriculum designed to guide your journey. Two-time Award Winning Superhero Scrapbook: That immerses you in a real-world project environment, giving you the opportunity to apply your skills by tackling Jira tickets, reviewing pull requests, and actively participating in sprint reviews and retrospectives. By the end, you’ll be fully prepared to hit the ground running on a live, billable project. Mentorship: You’ll be paired with an experienced buddy for support and guidance. Professional Scrum Master Certification within your first 6 months. You’ll get involved in a varied programme of learning events via our Apadmi Academy, including quarterly in-person training days and monthly knowledge sharing forums for our cohort of interns. What We’re Looking For You have the right to live and work in the UK. Undergraduate degree with a degree in Computer Science, Maths, Physics, or a similar technical subject. You’re familiar with modern programming languages and passionate about software development. You’re an analytical thinker who loves solving problems and thrives in a team.
