Position: Waiter/WaitressJob Summary: Shark Club UK is seeking experienced and dynamic Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests. With a fun and lively atmosphere, we offer a unique dining experience that will keep our guests coming back for more. If you have a passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from youKey Responsibilities: * Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner* Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them to guests in a timely manner* Maintain knowledge of menu items and make recommendations to guests* Upsell and promote daily specials and events* Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service* Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and well-stocked at all times* Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and patience* Process guest payments using POS system* Follow all food safety and cleaning procedures* Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned by the manager* Maintain a positive and energetic attitude at all times, promoting a fun and social atmosphereQualifications: * Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-volume restaurant* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends* Food safety certification is a plus* Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time* Must be able to lift up to 30 poundsWhy Work with Us?At Shark Club UK, we are committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment for our team members.
