We’re growing our team of Autism Assessors to meet rising demand and ensure every individual receives the care they deserve.

What You’ll Do
* Conduct remote Autism assessments as part of a two-clinician team (autism observation and development history interview).
* Use your clinical expertise to deliver accurate diagnoses and thoughtful recommendations.
* Collaborate with Team Leads and psychiatry colleagues in MDTs when needed.
* Maintain high standards in clinical documentation and reporting.
* Contribute to the evolution of our Autism care pathways.
* Provide mentorship and training to peers in your area of expertise.
What We’re Looking For
* Registered with NMC, HCPC, or Social Work England (no restrictions).
* Professionals with a background in Psychology, Nursing, SALT, Psychiatry, Occupational Therapy, or Social Work.
* Experienced in Autism assessment and diagnosis, including certification in both ADOS and ADIR (minimum 12 months assessing experience).
* Confident in managing your own caseload and making autonomous clinical decisions.
* Knowledgeable about current Autism research, neuro affirmative report writing, legislation, best practices and undertaking formulations.
