We’re a successful property developer specialising in converting residential properties into premium HMOs — and we’re looking for an experienced Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Handling inbound leads, with timely follow‑up to prospective clients. Introducing our services accurately and professionally, with accurate tracking being essential.
* Qualifying leads and identifying potential opportunities through effective conversations.
* Providing excellent customer service by addressing questions or concerns professionally.
* Supporting the sales team with admin and daily updates to the management team.
* Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends to enhance the current portfolio.
What You’ll Need
* Proven telesales experience is essential – experience in property sales negotiation would be a definite advantage.
* Strong Microsoft Office skills – particularly in Excel.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
* Excellent phone manner and communication skills.
* A flexible, proactive attitude, the ability to work independently and the drive to succeed.
This is a full‑time position based in our Rossendale office, with an immediate start. Working hours are 9am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
Salary: Up to £25K OTE
