looking for a highly energetic Breakfast Supervisor to join our Food
& Beverage team at The Retreat, Elcot Park.
Our
55-bedroom hotel has been transformed to offer bespoke designed bedrooms, two

You will:
* Lead an effective and consistent breakfast experience for our guests at the hotel.
* Be present on the floor, whilst communicating effectively with the back of house and kitchen team.
* Uphold service standards, by being present on the floor and attentive to all guests.
* Ensure that all team members are trained to the Company standard.
* Stay up to date with menu knowledge and all menu changes.
* Undertake and participate in any training and development opportunities as assigned for your role.
* Hold briefing meetings before each service involving all restaurant and bar team members.
* Ensure that all company rules and regulations relating to Hygiene, Health and Safety are being followed.
