Involve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd are proudly working once again with a successfully family run business within the Shropshire area for a Helpdesk Manager!
The ideal candidate will come from a similar industry and have experience of managing schedulers / helpdesk planners etc
The role will be focusing around managing a successful Maintenance helpdesk, managing KPI’s etc
Daily duties include
1. Maintaining the Helpdesk on a daily basis as well as audits and reports,
2. Managing KPI’s set for individual clients and being met
3. Oversee inbox management to ensure targets are met
4. Oversee planning to ensure cost effective and that engineers are all being assigned correctly
5. Deal with escalations / complaints
6. Carry out monthly 121’s, annual appraisals and performance with direct reports
7. Be available for emergency escalations for the on-call team out of hours
8. Populate and manage the on-call rota for admin staff and engineers
Experience within Management and Engineers are essential!
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Salary is £35,000 to £38,000
