With a commitment to excellence, innovation, and integrity, we’re looking for an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) to join our award-winning team.
About the Role:
As a VDA, you'll be the vital link between our customers, insurers, and workshop teams. Using your technical expertise, you'll assess vehicle damage, prepare accurate repair estimates, and ensure every vehicle is restored to the highest possible standard.
Responsibilities:
14. Accurately assess damaged vehicles using Audatex or similar estimating systems
15. Liaise with customers, engineers, and insurers regarding repair costs and authorisations
16. Support the workshop team with technical guidance on repair methods and timelines
17. Ensure compliance with BS10125 standards and internal quality control procedures
18. Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the repair process
What We’re Looking For:
19. ATA/NVQ Level 3 qualified or equivalent in Vehicle Damage Assessment
20. Proven experience in a bodyshop/accident repair environment
21. Proficient in using Audatex and bodyshop management systems
22. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
23. A passion for quality, customer care, and continuous improvement
