Primary Teacher (Permanent Opportunities - September 2026)
Location: Coventry, Nuneaton, Rugby
Salary: £32,916 - £51,047 per annum (MPS/UPS, dependent on experience)

Contract Type: Permanent
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)
Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pmWe are working in partnership with a wide network of mainstream primary schools across Coventry, Nuneaton & Rugby, supporting them with the recruitment of permanent teaching staff for September 2026.

We are recruiting across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, with a variety of opportunities available.
The Role:
Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum
Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress
Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SLT, and wider school staff
Differentiate teaching to meet a range of abilities, including pupils with SEN
Build strong relationships with parents and carers
Who We're Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
ECTs are welcome to apply
Experience in a primary school setting (placements accepted for ECTs)
Strong classroom management with a nurturing, consistent approach
Good knowledge of the primary curriculum
A reflective and committed teaching professional

£32,916 - £45,352 (M1-M6)
Up to £51,047 (UPS)(Salaries will vary depending on experience and individual school pay structures.)
