Join our dynamic team as we illuminate the way forward! We're seeking a talented individual to take the helm in managing our street lighting customer services. As the torchbearer for this vital function, you'll be entrusted with providing unparalleled technical and administrative support to drive our ambitious program of works within the operational team.
Your role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless collaboration within our team, as you lend your expertise to support fellow officers and contribute to the triumphant execution of projects throughout the Borough. From inception to completion, you'll play a key role in guaranteeing that every project is meticulously designed, developed, and delivered with utmost safety, efficiency, and adherence to budget and schedule. The Role
•Respond to enquiries and requests for information.
•Uploading information onto the street lighting inventory asset database.
•Assist in site safety audits.
•Management of the Street Lighting enquiries linked to reactive & planned maintenance activities.
•Issuing to the relevant person within the team & responsible for responses to customers.
About You
-Customer Service Experience is essential
-Ability to deal effectively with peers, client representatives and the public.
-Good verbal and written communication skills
-Good IT skills, Microsoft office applications.
-Desirable – Knowledge of Highways Industry and Street Lighting
