Please note this position is for night shifts only.
In this role, you will plan and implement care that provides residents with security, dignity, and independence. You will get to know residents and their families to deliver personalized care plans. Leading a team of Care Assistants, you will maintain high standards of care and influence your team positively. Your duties may include assisting with mobility, end-of-life care, talking with families, and providing mental and physical stimulation through activities, as well as administering medication.
One key responsibility is maintaining accurate records and building strong team relationships.
Ideally, you will have completed a Level 2 Diploma in Adult Care (S/NVQ) and be willing to work towards Level 3 or equivalent, with experience in person-centered care planning and dementia care. What matters most is your positive energy, ability to connect with people, good record-keeping skills, time management, and your considerate, kind communication style.
