Overview
We are looking for a dynamic IT Facilitator who has experience in managing change and working as part of a team to deliver change for multiple IT systems. The post-holder will be required to manage service change plans, support testing of new functionality and support end users. They must be able to balance multiple priorities providing direction, advice, support and guidance to end users and all other stakeholders to support these delivery plans.

Qualifications
* Experience in business process mapping/requirement gathering.
* Detailed knowledge of NHS patient administration systems is advantageous.
* Specialised knowledge in IT or business related areas supported by formal qualifications, training and experience.
* Willingness to undertake additional training and professional examination.
Employment Details
36 Hours (as of 01/04/2026). 1.0 WTE Fixed Term – 18 Months. Hybrid / Huntlyburn Terrace, BGH. As from 1 April 2026 the Agenda for Change full‑time working week will be reduced from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part‑time hours will be reduced pro‑rata. There will be a corresponding increase in the hourly rate so that pay will not be affected.
