Location: Leeds - 3 days onsite

At BPP, we help businesses retrain, upskill, and retain top talent through our industry-leading programmes. As a Business Development Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving growth by building strong client relationships and uncovering new opportunities.
What you’ll be doing:
* Following up on leads and developing new business opportunities
* Using consultative sales techniques to understand client needs and showcase how BPP can support their people
* Pitching confidently in virtual client meetings
* Advising clients on levy contributions and funding options
* Converting student enquiries into the right programme solutions
* Managing your pipeline, recording activity in our CRM, and providing accurate forecasts
* Collaborating with colleagues to deliver excellent client experiences
What we’re looking for:
* At least 1-2 year’s experience in B2B sales or a similar environment
* Target-driven mindset and comfortable working with KPIs
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills
* Strong communication and relationship-building ability
* Self-motivated, accountable, and resilient under pressure
* Minimum 5 GCSE's at Grade C or above
