What you will be doing
as an Insights and Reporting Specialist
1. Support the Transformation Portfolio Manager and Head of Transformation Portfolio on a day-to-day basis to establish and maintain the overall portfolio for transformation and the Transformation Framework of reporting and associated processes.
2. Lead production of high-quality, timely Executive and Board materials related to our Transformation Plan delivery, including a regular cadence of reporting for the agreed Governance forums (including the Transformation Monthly Business Review) with commentary on transformation delivery performance, with a focus on providing actionable insights based on quality data.
3. Lead in the collation of resources and data to ensure that meeting/programme packs and other reporting materials can be produced on an efficient and timely basis.
4. Act as the hub for good documentation practice, including maintenance of the Transformation Framework (Outcomes, Leading Indicators, Milestones, Activities), processes, and relevant workstream documentation. (including quality assurance)
5. Support the broader Transformation Office team in providing high-quality analysis and insights across the portfolio, which enable action and decision making.
What you should bring to the role
We are looking for someone who is analytical, proactive, diligent and has a ‘hands-on’ approach to tasks. Someone able to balance working on their own areas of ownership, including proactively identifying opportunities to improve, with collaboration with teams.
6. Supports the wider Transformation Office team as required, providing high-quality analysis and insights to drive action across the transformation portfolio.
7. Leads production of high-quality, timely reporting materials related to the transformation on an efficient and timely basis – majoring on providing actionable insights based on quality data.
8. Develops and improves methods and processes for data, analysis and reporting tools used by the Transformation Office.
9. Supports the implementation and administration of Transformation Office tooling and maintenance of the tools (e.g. PowerBI, SharePoint).
10. Contributes towards the definition and maintenance of Transformation Framework, processes, standards and best practices to ensure that the Transformation Office and workstreams succeed and are delivered effectively and efficiently.
11. Ensures that good documentation standards are being followed in respect of both the Transformation Office and guidance for Accountable Leads.
12. Supports the Transformation Portfolio Manager and Head of Transformation Portfolio on a day-to-day basis.
13. Flexible to travel when required to support transformation workstream activities.

14. Salary up to £65,800 per annum depending on experience
15. Annual Leave - 26 days holiday per year, increasing to 30 with the length of service. (Plus bank holidays).
