Our client is an international manufacturing and materials processing organization, with multiple sites across the UK.
This position will focus on their manufacturing facilities in the South of England, including Gloucestershire, Northamptonshire, and Sussex. You will be responsible for all Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) requirements across 5-6 manufacturing plants.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement HSEQ strategies and systems.
* Engage with key stakeholders across the business, from operations and site leadership to production operatives.
* Influence and promote a positive HSEQ culture within the organization.
* Ensure legislative compliance and develop pragmatic health and safety solutions.
* Create policies that foster a strong safety culture and embed systematic and strategic cultural change.
