About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Insurance Account Executive to join a traditional broker. This role involves managing client relationships, identifying insurance needs, and providing tailored coverage solutions. You will act as the primary point of contact between clients and insurance providers, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
* Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs.
* Policy Advisory: Provide expert guidance on insurance products, coverage options, and risk management strategies.
* Sales & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and drive growth through proactive client engagement.
* Negotiation & Renewals: Handle policy renewals, negotiate terms with insurers, and ensure competitive pricing.
* Claims Support: Assist clients with claims processes, liaising with insurers to ensure smooth resolution.
* Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to industry regulations.
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven experience in insurance account management or sales.
* Strong knowledge of commercial and personal insurance products.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
* Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
