What You’ll Own
* Lead and grow a team of ~20 engineers across development, DevOps, and infrastructure
* Deliver technical roadmaps for core systems including CRM, ERP, security, and AI integration
* Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features across multiple product lines
* Oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS/Google) and third-party SaaS integrations
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, and Design to align engineering priorities with business goals
* Mentor senior engineers and foster a high-performance team culture
Who You Are
* Proven experience leading development teams in a B2B SaaS environment (ideally ARR/subscription-based)
* Comfortable managing delivery pipelines, prioritizing roadmaps, and scaling teams
* Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), dev workflows, and SaaS architecture
* Familiar with AI integration (e.g., LLMs, intelligent automation) as part of product or platform strategy
* Bonus: Experience with PE-backed companies or tech due diligence environments
