Description
We are looking for new team members to join us as Guest Services Team Member Plus! As a Guest Services Team Member Plus, you will work on a Monday and a Friday cleaning our accommodation and delivering fantastic service to our guests during their holiday. You will help guests curate their stay by providing advice on our products and local area.
If things aren’t going to plan with their break, you will assist guests in resolving issues using your empathy and problem-solving skills, logging feedback, and following up. You will also be involved in managing the check-in experience and assisting guests face-to-face.
Live-in accommodation is available for this role.
