Job Description
3. Prepare and analyse financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
4. Provide accurate forecasting and budgeting to guide the business effectively.
5. Collaborate with various departments to ensure financial targets are met.
6. Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
7. Develop and maintain financial models to assess business performance.
8. Support the senior management team with ad-hoc financial analysis.
9. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
10. Communicate financial insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim FP&A should have:
11. A strong background in accounting and finance within the business services industry.
12. Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
13. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
14. Advanced knowledge of financial software and tools.
15. Ability to communicate financial insights clearly and effectively.
16. Experience in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
