Join to apply for the Sales Associate - Bakery (Food Halls) role at Harrods.
Our Bakery team is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Associate to join us in the Food Hall. You’ll enjoy a competitive salary of £29,988 plus bonus, along with access to Harrods’ renowned benefits, including generous discounts across our stores and restaurants.
This role is fully on site, working 5 out of 7 days a week.
Responsibilities
* Delivering exceptional customer service and product recommendations.
* Replenishing stock efficiently and maintaining accurate displays.
* Upholding food hygiene and safety standards.
* Support the promotion of the Harrods Rewards scheme and encourage customer feedback.
About You
* With a strong passion to work with food, along with proven experience working in Food Retail or Hospitality, you will also have best in class experience in providing a memorable service to our clients.
* Have knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.
* Have strong communication skills, and great attention to detail.
* Be ambitious and excited by your sales targets, striving to achieve our group mission whilst continually learning and developing to achieve more. Your high standards will set you apart, taking pride in your appearance, punctuality and adherence to Harrods policies.
* Be self-motivated, with a naturally curious disposition, you will be keen to develop your product and industry knowledge.
