This is a hands-on leadership role -ideal for someone who still enjoys coding while leading from the front. You'll combine deep technical expertise across Java, AWS, and modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular) with strong leadership capability and a passion for data-driven, customer-centric platforms. Role Overview Lead design and delivery of full stack, microservices-based solutions (Java, Angular, AWS) Stay hands-on with coding while setting technical direction and standards Drive MarTech initiatives across Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and Adobe Target Work closely with marketing and product teams to deliver data-driven, scalable solutions Own architecture, CI/CD, TDD, and engineering best practices Act as a senior escalation point for complex technical challenges What We're Looking For Current Lead Engineer with strong hands-on full stack experience Expertise in Java, JavaScript (Angular), and AWS Experience in microservices, APIs, and cloud-native architecture Exposure to Adobe MarTech stack (AEM, AEP, Target) Background in or strong interest in data analytics / data-driven platforms Strong communicator, comfortable leading cross-functional teams Why This Role?
